Holiday Blog Challenge #5 FASHION!

Fabulous Holiday Blog Challenge

So I know I previously said The Holiday Decor post was my favorite challenge so far, but this is now up there too!

What is your ideal outfit for Christmas/NYE festivities?

Well I split this one up....since I wear very different things for both Holidays!

First up, Christmas Eve...since I tend to lay around in my Christmas jammies on Christmas day :-)

Christmas Eve

Extra long sleeve shirt, £36
River island, £60
Balenciaga knee length pencil skirt, £815
Miu miu heels, $595
Judith Jack handcrafted sterling silver earrings, $83

I am so crazy about the wine color of those shoes! Just a little pop. We attend the late service at Church on Christmas Eve so I needed to look nice AND warm. Whether we are spending Christmas in Nebraska, Minnesota, or Wisconsin BRRR it is cold.

Next, what I'm SUPER excited about is NYE. We are so hoping to get back to Minnesota  to celebrate with my sisters this year! When I sat down to write this post the first thing that came to mind was SPARKLE. Why not? It is the perfect look to ring in the new year!
NYE

One shoulder evening dress, $160
Alice Olivia boat neck dress, £505
Akira Black Label clutch bag, $40
Armani Exchange rhinestone clutch, $128
Kenneth jay lane earrings, $175
Miguel Ases long earrings, $345
MAC 'Sheen Supreme' Lipstick New Temptation One Size, $15
MAC Me Over! 'Xee & Sharon' Lipglass Good Times One Size, $15

Now something you can learn about me...I am crazy in love with chandelier earrings. Always have been, probably always will be. I couldn't decide between these two dresses, I need options anyway. It is ALWAYS a GAME TIME decision :-) (If you don't know what that means, it means I decide the day/night of. Remember, football talk!)

I couldn't decide on the clutches, but Armani encrusted stone clutch? Yes please. More glam the merrier. I believe that will be my motto this Holiday Season. And to finish everything off I have to turn to my trusted nude peep-toe. This baby looks fabulous with just about anything! And HELLO distorted reality leg length! It shall be a girls best friend.

Well it is Friday, so now my game plan is to go sneak my hubby's credit card away and go shopping for these outfits!

PS: One of my sisters comes to visit today! eeeek!! I am SO excited I can't concentrate today!

Love finding ladies from the NC too! Especially ones that could help when I make the transition from Knoxville back to the Raleigh area where the fiance is finishing his degree. I love the outfits, so so glamourous!

LOVE the pencil skirt and love the white dress! There is something about the right "white" in winter that I just love.

Love that wine color too! I can't imagine spending $600 on shoes but I'm sure I could find a cheaper pair!
