Why? Because I wanted to share with you guys one of my favorite Spring items. Here in North Carolina it seems that the weather decided to skip Spring and head straight to Summer. Interesting. I was actually recently wondering about that because I felt eye shadow was useless since it just comes off soon after being applied. I will have to try this :) Thanks!
